Booking an Assessment
New Users
In the first instance please register an interest and keep an eye on the news and events page for upcoming events. For specific queries please email investorsinpupils@leeds.gov.uk or call 0113 378 5254/ 078910 275297. If you wish to request an assessment, you must first have registered an interest. You will then need go into the "Investors in Pupils process" section within the password protected section of the website and complete either the Assessment request form or the Reassessment request form as appropriate.
Existing Users
To book an assessment or reassessment login to your account and then complete either the Assessment request form or the Reassessment request form as appropriate.
